Support

For help with Knotical, email support@motomatic.com. Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, and what you were doing when the problem occurred. For a problem with an animation, include the knot and step.

Using the knot player

Choose a knot from the menu at the top left. Pause or drag the timeline to repeat a step. Drag the animation to turn the view, pinch to zoom, or double-tap to restore the step’s original view.

Using Knotical offline

The knot animations are included in the app and play without an internet connection.
